A Thousand Little Pieces
I’m not even sure where to start. My brain is fragmented. My heart is broken. It’s been a week. It’s been a year. There are a thousand little pieces of my heart and soul scattered about - fractured, broken, and spilling over. And it’s been hard to muster the energy to pick them back up.

40 Before 40

My story: Running with iron and Vitamin D deficiencies
I recently went through a nasty bout of low ferritin (iron-deficient Anemia) and vitamin D deficiency. It didn't just affect my running. It affected my whole life and other aspects of my health, including asthma and allergies. This is my story.
